OUR WORK.

The associates work closely with their respective Deputy Commissioners for a period of one-year, while representing the Chief Minister’s Office. Since the inception of the CMGGA programme in 2016, the associates have worked on multiple high-impact focused governance projects, glimpses of which have been captured below. A few select associates have also worked with specific state departments in improving their flagship programmes, which are also presented in the section as case studies for reference.
